What is your return policy?
No returns. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding we are a small business and work hard to create for you. We are always here to answer any specific questions you might have to inform your decision to purchase to the very best of our ability. Thank you for the support.
How do I care for my items?
All garments are hand wash or dry clean only. If you choose to hand wash, please do so with gentle care using cold water and a very small amount of soap. Lay flat to dry. If you choose to machine wash, please do so on a delicate cycle and know that some shrinkage may happen.
How do I figure out my sizing?
Before placing your order, please keep in mind all styles have a flowy, away-from-the-body fit. Please note this is the intention of the design and currently all pieces are designed to flatter most body types. The one size fits all sizing is natural for the easy, relaxed silhouettes and will work for most. The Coast Brand is a very small line, and as the business grows we hope to be able to expand on offerings, which includes sizing and classifications. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This way, you can easily track the progress of you order. Please email us at thecoastbrand@gmail.com if you do not receive this email.
Where do you ship?
For now, we only ship within the United States, to the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
What do you charge to ship?
There is a flat shipping fee of $9.00 automatically applied to each order shipping within the US. There is a flat shipping fee of $30.00 automatically applied to each international order. You do not have to select this at checkout. If you need expedited shipping, please email us at thecoastbrand@gmail.com and we can certainly accommodate your preferences.
What if there are variations in color?
Our pieces are made with love at a small workshop in India. This is not a big production operation. Each piece should be considered a one-of-a-kind treasure with slight variations in color and embroidery. This is what makes the dress special. Slight pulls in the thread after wear is natural.
